How to Forward Your DID Number on HashTech

Learn how to quickly redirect your DID calls to a new phone number through the HashTech dashboard. This guide provides a simple walkthrough to help you update your forwarding settings and ensure you never miss an important call.

Dashboard Access

  1. Navigate to https://hashtech.center/ and log in to the portal with your credentials.
  2. Click My Dashboard.
  3. Click Overview.

Service Management

  1. Find BizCloud - Phone & Internet and click Manage.
  2. Click My DIDs.

Call Forwarding Configuration

  1. Click the gear icon in the DID List to configure settings.
  2. Enter the destination phone number in the Forward To field, then click Save.
