How to Forward Your DID Number on HashTech
Learn how to quickly redirect your DID calls to a new phone number through the HashTech dashboard. This guide provides a simple walkthrough to help you update your forwarding settings and ensure you never miss an important call.
Dashboard Access
- Navigate to https://hashtech.center/ and log in to the portal with your credentials.
- Click My Dashboard.
- Click Overview.
Service Management
- Find BizCloud - Phone & Internet and click Manage.
- Click My DIDs.
Call Forwarding Configuration
- Click the gear icon in the DID List to configure settings.
- Enter the destination phone number in the Forward To field, then click Save.
