Before You Start

- Confirm your website and email DNS records are already set up with HashTech.
- Changing nameservers changes where DNS is managed for the domain.
Step-by-Step Instructions

- Go to Domain List.
- Click Manage beside the domain name.
- Find the Nameservers section.
- Select Custom DNS.
- Enter ns10.hashdns.net and ns20.hashdns.net.
- Click the green checkmark or save option to apply the change.
Important Notes
- Namecheap says nameserver changes may take up to 24 hours, and sometimes longer.
- Website or email may be inconsistent during propagation.
- If email is active, confirm MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records exist in HashTech DNS first.
